Morey's Piers is seeking a hardworking college student who is majoring in IT or related field or a candidate who has a minimum of two years' work experience in an IT position. This position will primarily be responsible for assisting the IT Team with the day-to-day operations of the company's POS systems, end user PC's and general IT related tasks.

In this role, you will be joining a team that strives to ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of all IT systems across the organization. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Troubleshooting POS stations and peripherals for Admissions, Food & Beverage, and Retail (ride readers, cash drawers, recepit printers, PC's, credit card terminals, etc); routine cleaning of ticket printers; assist with help desk requests; communicate with other departments on a radio; and install/troubleshoot end user PC hardware and software.

Job Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in an IT related field or have a minimum of two years work experience in an IT position.
• Proficient with Office 365 and Microsoft WIndows.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings (can include closing); 6 days per week; hours can range from 45 to 50.
• Available to work at a minimum until August 23rd and Labor Day Weekend.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and outgoing.
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Able to walk up and down stairs.
• Must be able to work in varying weather (rain, wind, cold temperatures, direct sunglight or high heat and humidity).
• Must have a U.S. Driver's License.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Able to handle constantly changing workflow; remain productive during slower periods and multitask during fast-paced periods.
• Provide consistent, friendly, and helpful service to other Morey's Managers and/or Supervisors.
• Ability to problem solve, resolve errors, and other IT related issues.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and as part of a team.
• Learn and adapt to new applications and systems quickly.

Compensation:

• $16 per hour plus a performance-based bonus, provided bonus eligibility criteria are met.
