Payroll & Benefits Support - Part Time

Morey's Piers & Resorts is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the part-time position of Payroll & Benefits Support. This individual works closely with our Payroll & Benefits Manager and Payroll Supervisor. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: understanding all company benefits and programs; working with the 401K plan; processing tip calculations through payroll; and assisting with annual reporting.

The successful candidate must possess the following qualities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or other related field).
  • 2-4 years working in a benefits/payroll environment is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of ACA compliance.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Highly responsive, timely, accurate, and thorough in follow-up/through.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and able to prioritize work.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player who can also work independently.
  • Ability to work in an office setting at a computer for long periods of time.
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs.
  • Ability to perform physical work, including bending and stooping.

This is a part time, non-benefitted role in Wildwood, NJ offering a competitive hourly rate and other perks.
