
Guest Service Representative
Description: Are you a people person, problem-solver? Guest Service Representatives are responsible for collaborating with other associates and guests regularly. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: processing transactions, resolving guest concerns, navigating Point of Sale (POS) systems, and collaborating with other team members and supervisors to maintain a world class guest service department that exceeds company and department expectations.

Requirements:
- US Citizen or legally eligible to work in the US.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- A guest friendly attitude is a MUST.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Successful completion of all departmental training programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Must be able to provide quality Guest and Associate service.
- Must be able to work both independently and in a team-based environment.
- Must be able to work in a high-intensity environment.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; approximately 42-55 hours per week.
- Must be able to perform physical activities that require lifting, balancing, climbing, stooping, and bending.
- Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 15 lbs.
- Must be able to stand/walk up to 25% of the shift.
- Must be able to work in varying weather (rain, wind, cold temperatures, direct sunlight or high heat and humidity).
