Water Park Admissions

Description: Are you a people person who enjoys interacting with guests and solving problems?  In our water park admissions department you will be interacting with hundreds of guests every day.  But that's not all you will be doing…this position has several other functions including cashiering, processing sales transactions, handling tickets and season passes, taking guest comments, rental and sale of merchandise & lockers and monitoring park entrances/exits.  This position also assists with admissions on our 3 amusement piers.  You must possess a strong desire to provide guest service that exceeds expectations and help solve guest problems.  This is a great opportunity to fine tune your computer, communication and people skills.  All training will be provided on site.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing personality and excellent people skills.
  • Providing top notch service with a smile. 
  • A guest friendly attitude is a MUST.
  • High guest contact in both indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Cash handling responsibility will be required.
  • Must be able to walk/stand for up to 8 hours at a time.
  • Must be able to perform physical activities that require moving one's whole body such as lifting, balancing, climbing, and stooping or bending.
  • Must be able to work in varying weather (rain, wind, cold temperatures, direct sunlight or high heat and humidity).
