Operations Manager - Starlux Hotel

Morey Resorts is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Operations Manager - Starlux Hotel. A key member of the the Morey Resorts team, this individual's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, all aspects of hotel operations, including management of maintenance, housekeeping, and front desk operations. The right individual will be a key contributor to enhancing our guests' experience, expanding and improving our clientele base and property reputation, and assisting in driving occupancy and profitability in the most efficient manner. 

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

  • High School degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in hospitality/hotel management.
  • Ability to work in a high intensity environment.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
  • Outstanding leadership skills.
  • Aptitude in business decision-making and problem solving.
  • Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and adept at learning new systems and apps.
