Reservations Clerk - Seapointe Village

Seapointe Village, a premier vacation destination, is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Reservations Clerk. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and administrative abilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: welcoming guests and homeowners; facilitating the check-in/check-out processes for vacation rentals; coordinating front desk activities; monitoring phone lines; and executing administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Hands on experience with basic office equipment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and adept at learning new systems and apps.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • NJ Real Estate License or ability to obtain credential within one year of hire.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or front office/desk representative is a plus.
